3. Operating exhibitions, seminars, and events, including reception, visitor support, and follow-up;

At exhibitions and events (such as CEATEC), personal information such as business-card details and visit records may be provided between organizers, exhibitors, and visitors through the organizer. We handle any such personal information appropriately in accordance with this Policy.

We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we conduct appropriate due diligence on the contractor and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision through contracts and other means.

We implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise manage its security, and we exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over our employees and contractors.

7. Cookies and Access Information

Our website may use cookies and access-analysis tools (such as access logs and browsing information) to improve convenience and analyze usage. Such information cannot identify a specific individual on its own; however, where it can be readily cross-referenced with other information and thereby identify a specific individual, we treat it as personal information. 8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

We will respond appropriately and promptly, in accordance with applicable laws, to requests from individuals regarding their retained personal data, including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use or erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties.
